Perfume Refill

Orders are shipped on Fridays.

All orders will include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when your package is dispatched. Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. We will let you know if circumstances arise that would delay your order.

Please inspect packages and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt. If items were damaged due to shipping, send a photograph (needed for insurance purposes) and we will replace or issue a full refund immediately.

Due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges but will consider issue a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase, depending on circumstances - this will be determined on a case by case basis. If you have any problems with your order please contact us - we will do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
